Cute townhouse! Only two maybe three things that stand out to me that may become an issue if you decide to purchase this house. 1. Stairs, LOTS of stairs. This can be hard when moving in, or if you start family soon, or especially if you forget something at the very top level. 2. Windows...window treatments may cost you a lot, and in the winter time it take a little more out of your heating bill too. (something to think about). 3. Washer and dryer...try try try to get a house that has the full sized washer and dryer, you'll need it when you start family, and its SO NICE! (I still tell Tyson how much I love having a full washer and dryer, after being in an apartment for nearly 5 years...)
Other than that, the house is gorgeous! Is there more storage in there?
Mandi, Those were some of my big concerns As well. Luck for us, someone else bought it so we don't have to worry about it. However, the home we are now looking at is a split level home, so some stairs but at least not 3 floors. There is room for a full size washer and dryer which is great. And it has a fully fenced yard. When we have kids, it will be perfect for them.
