I talked to our Realtor today. She learned that 3 people in all placed offers on this home. We are not the highest offer. They will make the official decision by Friday (they keep dragging it out like a painful death). Our Realtor said that we still have a chance because we have a strong down payment for our budget. I am still praying! It could work out...maybe.
